Email address transition statement

To whom it may concern:

I (Ian Jackson) am changing the email address I use for my Xen Project
work.  The new email address is iwj@xenproject.org.  All mail aliases
and forwardings, ticket tracker accounts, MAINTAINERS file entries,
web accounts, etc. etc., should be updated.

My affiliation to Citrix remains unchanged.  Although messages will no
longer pass through the Citrix corporate email system, my mail will
still be ultimately stored and read on Citrix equipment.

I am writing and PGP-signing this transition statement so that you
know the email address change is genuine.  I will attach this
stagement to specific change requests.  This statement is a public
