Subject: [PATCH] .gitignore: only ignore hidden dependency files

The current pattern also ignores directories suffixed with ".d", like:
    tools/hotplug/*/rc.d
    tools/hotplug/*/init.d

Avoid this by only ignoring "hidden" files, for which name starts with
a dot.
