Check in-guest memory matches expected memory in smoketests

We have had situations where we have claimed a supported memory level which the guest cannot actually use, thus confusing customers.

This merge request adds a change to check the in-guest memory level against the expected value (with a 2% tolerance), and raises a failure if they don't match.

Tested in jobid 1213078 (which has identified issues with the OEL 6.3/6.4 x86 limits that I'll get the docs updated for), and 1210729.

DR test case changes

Changes done:
1. Changed DR regression test sequence to run on xen on xen. Dev suggested to run these test on pool of 4 hosts because it increases the probability of catching any product issues. Since it is not possible to use 4 physical hosts per pool, changed the test case to use xen on xen.

2. All DR tests install VMs which increase the execution time of tests. Changed the test to create a template VM and then copy other guests from this VM.

3. Minor changes to setVMSuspendSR(). Now this function is called from suspendVMs function so that this step is not missed out.
