Fixing SR free space calculation

In getSRsFreeSpace() method, SR Free space was calculated as ' Utilization - Actual SR size'. This was resulting in negative value.

Hi,

Rebooting the VM release the leaf of the VDI and thus we see less SR physical utilization.(before the reboot sr physical utilization was around 3GiB and turned out to 2 GiB after the reboot)  The feature is working correct - but what we verified in the test case is not right IMO ...
We are doing "sr physical utilization after write into vdi > = sr physical utilization after we reboot the VM = BUG" instead we should "sr physical utilization after we reboot the VM >= sr physical utilization after write into vdi =  BUG )

**CA-180392 issue:**
host-call-plugin to prepare_host_upgrade.py/fn=main timeout intermittently.
From logs, it looks like in prepare_host_upgrade(), downloading installer files took longer than usual, may be due to slow network.

**Fix:**
Increased the timeout.

**Testing:**
Triggered multiple reruns but since issue is not easily reproducible, didn't encounter any case where plugin took more than given timeout.

New VPX PV console write does not work now because new VPX is a HVM guest, we add sshd into new VPX guest, do self configuration through ssh.

We add a flag VPX_OS_VERSION in sequence file to distinguish the old VPX and new VPX. If VPX_OS_VERSION equals to CentOS7, then we use the new XenRT code to test. Otherwise (VPX_OS_VERSION is CentOS 5 or missing), then we use the old XenRT code to test.

Both of the old VPX and new VPX XenRT test have been verified.
