tmem: cleanup the pgp free path

There are several functions related with pgp free, but their relationships are
not clear enough for understanding. This patch made some cleanup by remove
pgp_delist() and pgp_free_from_inv_list().

The call trace is simple now:
pgp_delist_free()
    > pgp_free()
        > __pgp_free()
