use XC_PAGE_SIZE in xenfbfront (fix stubdom build on NetBSD)

Apropos of a report from Christoph Egger about misuse of PAGE_SIZE in
xenfbfront; change references to XC_PAGE_SIZE which is correct in our
context.  This fix suggested by Stefano Stabillini.
