Add <filesystem> model handling for virtio transitional devices. Ex:

  <filesystem type='mount' model='virtio-transitional'>
    ...
  </filesystem

* "virtio-transitional" maps to qemu "virtio-9p-pci-transitional"
* "virtio-non-transitional" maps to qemu "virtio-9p-pci-non-transitional"
