docs/cmdline: Fix markdown syntax

 * vwfi needs a closing `.  rmrr needs one as well, and the opening ' switched
   to `
 * The com1/com2 example lines are already verbatim blocks and shouldn't
   escape their underscores.  This ends up in the rendered output.
