Ring0 bvt xst bugfix

Enhancements in Xen-Test-Framework and solving bugs for failure of BVT.
1) Introducing delay to allow creation of log file after xl create.
2) Making each test independent of each other (removed blocker).
3) Improved error checking for existence of files.
4) Improved log reporting.
5) Modify xenconsoled config file to log all logs.
