create-diff-object: Handle extra pre-|post- hooks

Include new sections containing optional pre-, post- action hooks.

The following new section names are supported:
  - .livepatch.hooks.preapply
  - .livepatch.hooks.postapply
  - .livepatch.hooks.prerevert
  - .livepatch.hooks.postrevert
