* include/libvirt.h[.in] src/libvirt.c src/xend_internal.[ch]
src/libvirt_sym.version: added virDomainLookupByUUID and
virDomainGetUUID to be able to use the persistant UUID names
* docs//*: rebuilt the docs following the API extension
