     1.4 +XenSource xm-test 0.7 initrd.img
     1.5 +================================
     1.6 +
1.7 +initrd-0.7.img is an initrd suitable for use with Xen's xm-test regression
1.8 +testing suite. It has been built and provided by XenSource, for the
1.9 +convenience of Xen users. xm-test initrds may be mixed across minor xm-test
1.10 +versions, but not across major versions; this initrd is suitable for all 0.7.x
    1.11 +versions of xm-test (as shipped with Xen 3.0.x).
    1.12 +
1.13 +In order to use this initrd, run "./autogen; ./configure; make existing"
1.14 +inside the xm-test directory, and the initrd will be downloaded automatically.
1.15 +Alternatively, if you have already downloaded this file, place it into the
1.16 +xm-test/ramdisk directory and run the same command. In either case,
1.17 +runtest.sh can then be used as normal. See xm-test/README for more details.
    1.18 +
1.19 +This initrd was built using the infrastructure provided by xm-test. It is a
1.20 +full guest operating system and filesystem, and as such includes a large
1.21 +number of pieces of software. The source code for the majority of these are
1.22 +included in full inside the file
    1.23 +http://xm-test.xensource.com/ramdisks/initrd.0.7.img-buildroot.tar.bz2, or
1.24 +alongside this file. Copyright statements and licences are contained therein.
1.25 +The remaining source code is included in the Xen distribution, at
    1.26 +http://www.xensource.com/xen/downloads/archives.html. The configuration used
1.27 +for BusyBox is available as
    1.28 +http://xm-test.xensource.com/ramdisks/initrd-0.7-busybox-config, or alongside
    1.29 +this file.

1.31 +XenSource and the Xen contributors are grateful to the authors of these
1.32 +software packages for their contributions to free and open-source software.
