bitkeeper revision 1.1159.1.338 (4187ca95yoh3y8SwBJw4uTmgIxLCTw)

A new install script to install from the intermediate 'install' subdir.
Also now a bit more careful in use of 'cp -a'. When installing to
system-wide directories we probably do not want to preserve ownership
of the random unprivileged user that originally built the binaries.
The user who does the install (probably root) is the correct person
to own the target files.

15 About the Xen Virtual Machine Monitor
16 =====================================
18 Xen is a Virtual Machine Monitor (VMM) originally developed by the
19 Systems Research Group of the University of Cambridge Computer
20 Laboratory, as part of the UK-EPSRC funded XenoServers project.
22 The 2.0 release offers excellent performance, hardware support and
23 enterprise-grade features such as live migration. Linux 2.6, 2.4 and
24 NetBSD 2.0 are already available for Xen, with more operating system
25 ports on the way.
27 Xen is freely-distributable Open Source software, released under the
28 GNU GPL.
30 For full documentation, see the Xen User Manual in docs/pdf/user.pdf
31 (after running make -C docs) or the Documentation page on the Xen
32 website.
